The field of Delivery Room Resuscitation is rapidly advancing. This conference will feature the latest patient-oriented research on topics related to postnatal management, methods to optimize team performance during specialized resuscitation, and innovative technology for delivery room management of infants with congenital anomalies. The objective of this conference is to enhance the audience's understanding of the delivery room management of newborns with congenital anomalies and to apply the latest information to their clinical practice. The objectives of each conference are communicated to all participants prior to the conference.

• Recognize current challenges with applying the Neonatal Resuscitation Program algorithm to newborns with congenital anomalies
• Describe strategies for inter-professional teams to optimize delivery room care for newborns with congenital anomalies
