Description:
The purpose of this program is to discuss new requirements from the Joint Commission regarding education on Obstetric Hemorrhage. Participants will gain more insight on the recognition of OB hemorrhage and interventions for OB hemorrhage, This program will review the significance of maternal morbidity and mortality in the maternal population of the United States.

Program Objectives:
• Discuss the significance of maternal morbidity and mortality in the United States
• Recognize signs and symptoms of OB hemorrhage
• Identify common etiologies of OB hemorrhage
• Describe steps to performing EQBL
• Discuss interventions to address OB Hemorrhage
