Description:
ECG: Cardiac Review was designed to advance the clinical expertise and provide the platform in understanding and analysis of ECG rhythms. This module is intended to deliver to the healthcare provider a review of cardiac anatomy and physiology in relation to electrophysiology, dysrhythmias, and heart blocks.
Outcomes:
Upon completion of this ECG module, participants will be able to:
• Describe the anatomical structures and functions of the heart.
• Understand the coronary circulation in relation to arteries, veins, and nodes.
• Recall the properties of cardiac depolarization and repolarization.
• Explore the process of electrical conduction in the heart.
