Feeling like you want to add more skills to your extremity treatment toolbelt? This is the perfect course for you. You’ll learn techniques for the difficult extremity patient, who doesn’t respond well to normal treatments or comes in with a dysfunction you haven’t encountered before. We’ll focus on truly unique joint mobilizations and myofascial release techniques, along with retraining exercises that will help you maintain the improvements you gain in the clinic. These techniques are the “clinical pearls” Patrick has picked up over the years that helped him get extremity patients better when traditional treatment didn’t work.

As with all our manual therapy courses, this course is at least 75% hands-on lab, and will give you skills you can use immediately upon returning to the clinic!

Course Objectives:
At the completion of this seminar, the participant will be able to:
• Correctly and independently state the anatomy and physiology behind a joint cavitation
• Correctly and independently identify and palpate 5 specific joint dysfunctions
• Correctly and independently identify and palpate 5 specific myofascial dysfunctions
• Correctly and independently perform 5 upper quarter mobilization/MFR techniques
• Correctly and independently perform 5 lower quarter mobilization/MFR techniques
