Dr. Abdul Muhaimin Noor Azhar is a consultant and senior lecturer in emergency medicine. He is currently the head of the emergency department at the University of Malaya and the chair of the EM Conjoint Board. His area of interest in research is in technology and emergency medicine, for which he has published papers in several Q1 journals.
