The Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists was founded in 1912 and has grown to nearly 3,000 members. PCSO is comprised of component organizations and is the largest constituent organization of the American Association of Orthodontists.

The Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists is a professional organization of orthodontic specialists whose mission is to engage and include Their diverse membership and to help them provide the highest level of patient care. They provide quality continuing education and support political advocacy for Their specialty.
