Helm Publishing, Inc
Helm Publishing was begun in 1991 by Kathy King, RD, to fill a niche in outpatient and complementary nutrition continuing education courses and books. Their selections are chosen to expose health practitioners to new research and perspectives in hopes the experience will improve their practice and benefit the health of the public.
In the Helm Publishing office, customer service and order fulfillment are handled by Mona, and bookkeeping and inventory are managed by Michelle. Both my daughters work in the business. Savannah handles IT, marketing, and copy editing, and Cherokee Dawn takes care of test data entry and Certificates. Dollie Parsons maintains Their archived records. Dr. Larry Gilbert is Their educational curriculum consultant. Kathy King copyedits, chooses titles, markets, and manages the business.
