• Describe the two NRP course options (NRP Essentials and NRP Advanced provider) introduced in the NRP 8th Edition materials and include the recommendations for selecting the appropriate provider course based on an individual’s role in neonatal resuscitation activities
• Summarize the components involved in both Essentials and Advanced provider instructor-led or Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) course formats and include how learners can attain or maintain provider status in accordance with the January 1, 2022, implementation date
