• List at least three circumstances in which a pharmacy technician should refuse to give a vaccine.
• Explain the documentation required when providing vaccines. 
• Describe the public health impact of vaccination.
• Comment on the concept of herd immunity and the contribution of vaccines to herd immunity.
• Identify methods to determine which patients are in need of a vaccine.
