Lower Cross Syndrome can affect athletes and non-athletes of all ages and fitness levels. Lower Cross Syndrome is recognizable, treatable and correctable. This two hour class covers posture, movement patterns, muscle sequencing and musculoskeletal function associated with Lower Cross Syndrome. The comprehensive class teaches the doctor tools to determine what incorrect movement patterns exist and how to use Chiropractic treatment and corrective exercises to help patients counter the development and progression of Lower Cross Syndrome.
