She will discuss gender and sex differences in medicine, harm caused when women’s issues are not considered in research and treatment, and why medical schools should incorporate sex and gender differences in curriculum.,,Objectives:,• Participants will be able to identify potential gaps in research and studies regarding sex and gender.,• Participants will be able to include appropriate numbers of women and men in studies and report differences based on sex/gender,• Participants will be able to integrate the question “how might this appear in the other sex?”
